Meet Helen, the creative-mind and skilled chocolatier behind CocoCaramel. Based in Aberdeenshire since 2012 she first perfected her craft in patisserie, selling handmade cakes sold at local farmers' markets. Her love for celebrating local produce and creating unique, flavor-packed caramel inspired her to develop a range of caramel filled chocolates. After much testing (love to all family and friends), in October 2022, CocoCaramel was born!
